CONTRACT: You would be replacing me on the contract from the 1st of November. The contract ends in January and there is the option to renew.

LOCATION: The flat is located on a quiet residential street, close to central London (10 min cycle to Westminster) and it's also walking distance to shops (Lidl, co-op, TFC etc), local pubs & all the nice food spots in Camberwell. Closest stations are Loughborough Junction (10 mins walk) and Denmark Hill (15 mins walk), on a bus Vauxhall station is 15 mins away with access to the Victoria Line, or Brixton same distance.
HOUSEMATE: You'll be living with my current housemate who is in her late twenties and does a mix of at-home and in-office working.
YOU: We're looking for someone chill, kind and keen to make the place a home. Someone that also appreciates a clean and cozy home is important!
ACCESSIBILITY: 2nd floor, around 40 steps. Unfortunately there is no lift.
