3 Double Bedrooms in Camberwell House

There are three double bedrooms available in a big house in Camberwell. The previous tenants happened to have left at the same time for travelling and moving out with a partner.

We're very close to Burgess park, which is great for a run or walk. Camberwell is full of life with great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants!

There are currently two tenants, Gabby (27), a Civil Servant, who has lived here for over three years and and Tom (29), in Finance who has lived here for nearly a year. We're looking for housemates who are happy to hangout in the open plan living room/kitchen, keen to get to know each other, but are also respectful and clean. We do have a lovely cleaner, Roseni, who comes every two weeks, but there is still an expectation to keep on top of the cleanliness. We're outgoing people but also like some chill and alone time. These rooms are available for someone on their own or a group of friends.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor by the front door. The windows are frosted on the bottom half so allows for some privacy.
The second bedroom is on the second floor at the rear of the house with a view overlooking the garden and has a sky light - perfect for someone who loves natural light!
The final available bedroom is located on the second floor in the middle of the house (it does still have a large window).
All the bedrooms are furnished but it is not a problem if you have your own - the landlord is very flexible!

Rent is £850, with a £850 deposit required. £75 for bills (council tax, cleaner, wifi etc). Gas/electricity is handled by the tenants and ranges from £40-60 each depending on the time of year.
So in total you can expect to be paying between £965-£985 each month.
