Nice & homey flat near Brixton

I have a lovely double room up for grabs! The room is spacious and cosy and it is furnished with a wardrobe (mirror doors), chest of drawers, plenty of storage space and a double bed.

The house is equipped with the usual commodities: washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shower bath...It is a 2 bedroom third/top floor flat, with a big kitchen and open space living room. The flat is very close to Denmark Hill (overground), Loughborough Junction (rail) and 10 mins to Brixton (Tube).

You would be sharing the flat with me (Charlene). I’m a Sound Therapist, Holistic Voice Coach, Singer, and Musician. I also work as an Events Manager at a yoga and sound studio, and I’m a freelance Videographer and Video/Podcast Editor. I work from home most days, so ideally, this would suit someone who doesn’t work from home full-time. Rent is £1,050 per month, all-inclusive, with a £1,050 deposit. No agency fees.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and responsible. I don’t mind what your job is or what kind of music you’re into, as long as you’re respectful, friendly, and curious about the world. The flat is my home, and I’d love to share it with someone who feels the same way—someone self-aware, with healthy boundaries, good communication skills, and a passion for life.
