2 rooms in lovely Camberwell home

We're looking for two housemates to join our friendly four-bedroom home in a charming Camberwell mews.
The rooms available are spacious, bright and unfurnished.

Room 1:
This room is on the 1st floor, it's bright and unfurnished. It's £785 + +/- £100 for bills. It also has very cute views of the mews.

Room 2:
This room has an en suite private bathroom, and it's on the 2nd floor. It's the only room facing the back of the house. Both sides of the house are quiet as this is a gated area, but the back of the house has less vis-à-vis :).
This one is £900 + +/- £100 for bills.

Our home features a large patio garden perfect for summer evenings, a relatively modern kitchen, an office space, and a cozy living room with a balcony + a garage and parking space :o !!

We're located just a 10-minute walk from both Camberwell High Street and Denmark Hill station, with easy access to Peckham and several beautiful parks nearby.

The house is not the most modern but it's beautiful, bright and spacious and the garden is amazing ! It's really a bargain for the location and the property.

You'd be living with Genevieve, a friendly 26 year old Australian mental health researcher who loves crafting, gardening and a glass of wine - and myself, Francesca, a 29 year old italian-dutch raised in Belgium musician with 3 jobs hah (I work at a recording studio, a record store, a guitar store).

We're looking for someone social, friendly and cleaaan! We love a clean home for our mental health and the house is so lovely, it deserves to be cared for :).
We'd love to be able to be friends with everyone and to create a relaxed, cosy and homely vibe in the house. Not really a party house but we love having people round for a chill and the occasional drink. Also up for cooking together every now and then and watch a movie.
Musicians are welcome, but we want someone who's considerate and respectful and who'll take other people into consideration when making music - this is very important to us! :) We want everyone to feel as free and comfortable as possible.

We're looking for new furniture so the more you have, the better ! (mainly a sofa, some chairs, plates, cups, pots and pans, chopping boards.....etc).

The move in date is the 15th of October ! :) Not much flexibility on this I'm afraid. The landlords are also pretty nice and get stuff done when needed.
