Hello 👋 I’ve got a room available in a fully furnished modern the house based in Camberwell (just below Burgess Park) - available for a move in date between Nov 3rd - Nov 14th. It’s a 2 bed house and therefore you’ll be sharing with just me due to my current housemate & best friend of 5 years needing to move back to Germany.
The house is in a great location and has great neighbours. We’ve got a WhatsApp group for the road to keep each other updated about parcel deliveries/local news 😂 The rent price is below market rate due to having rented from the same landlord a couple of year ago - he currently lives in Australia and is super responsive which is a bonus! The house comes with it’s own small garden and has a very modern open planing living/dining area. Bills comes to approx £150 extra (can discuss details).
More about me for transparency: I’m 29 (turning 30 very soon), I’m gay, I work for a food delivery company in Sales and usually in the office 2/3 days a week. Given it will just be the two of us I’m looking to find someone I gel with and can ideally become friends with. I like to run (Burgess Park is great for that) and enjoy the occasional Park Run on a Sat. I enjoy spending time with mates on the weekend and luckily have amazing colleagues I often hang out with. I love food and I’m definitely more of a pub/bar person over going to a club.
