Description
Hello, I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going student to replace me as a tenant in a 4-bedroom house share in Camberwell. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the high street and supermarkets, surrounded by plenty of pubs and transport links.
The spacious double bedroom is the biggest in the house. It is on the second floor and overlooks the street below, with two big windows that let in lots of natural light. The room includes two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a desk and chair, a large bedside table and a comfy double bed. Ideally, I need someone who can move in between 1st December and January 6th and provide a guarantor.
You would join a household of three approachable, pleasant students: two at ICMP and one at UAL. There are opportunities to socialise with the other housemates in the communal kitchen where they hang out, study, and cook food, but everyone additionally values their personal space. The kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, an air fryer, and a kettle. Also, two shared bathrooms, a washing machine and a living room - plus a garden with outdoor furniture.
Council tax not applicable (student-only let).
The tenancy is until 6th September 2025, with the option to renew.
Bills are split between housemates each month, enquire for further details and photos.
