Looking for a new flatmate to move in on a permanent basis, as my current flatmate is leaving London. This would be a contract, not a sublet.

Cozy two bedroom flat in Denmark Hill with a large, furnished room available.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys a calm, homely atmosphere — more of a homebody who’s happy sharing a space and actually getting along with their flatmate, rather than living like strangers.

I work in fashion, but what you do doesn’t matter at all. I’m just looking for someone cool, clean and friendly.
