Double room in 3 bed flat - Oval

Hello,

Got a double room opening from the start of 2025. Rent is £833, bills not included are WiFi, council tax, water and electricity and all comes to about £900/£950 total per month. Room is on the smaller side but comes with a big wardrobe and there's also loads of storage in the house you can use. We are two professionals working in hospitality. There is a nice shared living room and separate kitchen, toilet and bath room separate. Closest tube station is Oval about 10min walk, easy connections to the city and west end with the northern line. Any Q's lemme know, mostly looking for someone likeminded and that will keep the flat tidy :))
