3 rooms available in modern flat in zone 2!

Hi there,

I am currently on the lookout for 3 new flatmates as my current 3 are moving out due to moving cities or moving in with partners. It’s a lovely modern 4 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms and a terrace located in Loughborough Junction. The rooms are available from late January. I love living here so I am wanting to stay! The flat is across 2 levels and has natural light from both sides so is quite fresh and airy.
The landlord is also a highlight of the property, he is beyond lovely, we have a direct whatsapp chat with him to address any concerns which he responds to within minutes. He is very reasonable and has a lot of integrity! He’s probably London’s best landlord in all honesty!
A bit about me: I am Australian, work in a corporate role and WFH 2 x per week. I have just turned 30, I like going travelling and going to the gym and have a social life so I am pretty busy myself. I would love to have flatmates that want to do fun things together also. I am quite down to earth.
A bit about you: looking for someone laid back, friendly, happy to have flat evenings, do fun things and have a homey house rather than just fill the rooms.
A bit about the house: fully furnished including bed, hanging rack and drawers set. The house is highly rated for energy so it warms up quickly and we don’t need to have the heating on for long.
Happy for any gender but you must be clean and tidy and happy to follow a cleaning rota. No guidelines on WFH anything, but you must be able to provide proof of income.
