Large furnished double room available in our beautiful house in Camberwell. We’re looking for a 5th flatmate to join our five bedroom house for the 14TH OF DECEMBER ASAP

The room:
Rent £998 - £1150
Bills £150 ish
Council Tax band D (I believe)
Large, bright and airy situated on the top floor furnished with charming vintage furniture, comfy double bed, ample storage and floor space perfect if you WFH or have a lot of books and clothes with you and a beautiful deep blue wooden floor. It’s a very peaceful room.

The House:
The house is a very large, welcoming, bright and elegant, 3 story building with a garden and lots of fun quirks and features. 🌈 LGBTQ + POC friendly household. There is an outside study, large kitchen, cosy lounge all of which we have yet to make our own plus a separate working space and quite honestly the best bathroom I think i’ve ever seen!! The bath is practically a hot tub!

Accessibility: Unfortunately, the space is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs/lack of ramps or lifts.

The Area:
10 Min bus to Oval station - Northern line Tube
Short walk to Loughborough Junction station - Thameslink
Large Morrisons and Tesco express a short walk away
Myatt's Fields Park 2 mins from the house, great greenspace especially in the warmer months.

Ruskin Park and Burgess Park a short cycle away
If you know Camberwell you’ll know how great it is to also be so close to Brixton, Peckham & Newcross as well as commuting into central.

The housemates:
We're a friendly group of creatives and professionals in our mid-20s (24+), looking to create a warm and approachable household. We value an approachable community vibe where we respect the space and commitments of others but also care about the house and the environment we live in, where everyone pitches in to keep our lovely big house running smoothly. We also enjoy hanging out—whether it's a game of Catan, a round of cards at the local pub, or hosting the occasional dinner party with friends.
