Spacious en-suite bedroom in Camberwell

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely Camberwell home!

A furnished double room is becoming available in our 4-bedroom house, where the three of us (all girls) have lived happily for the past four years.

One of our housemates is moving to Sydney with work, so we’re looking for someone new to join our easygoing and sociable household.

The room can be available from mid-Jan. We’re looking for a female housemate, ideally 28+ and a working professional.

🏠 About the House:
Bright and comfortable first floor furnished double room

Spacious separate kitchen and living room – perfect for cooking and unwinding, and watching TV

A small garden/outdoor space ideal for summer - rarity for Zone 2 London!

Bills are £100 a month and include council tax, internet, gas, electric, cleaner (once every 3 weeks) and water

You’ll have your own en-suite bathroom the main bathroom on the first floor is shared by the other three girls

Available from mid Jan on a rolling contract (we're ideally looking for someone who'll stay 6+ months)

Excellent transport links:
◦ Short walk from the house to either Denmark Hill station or Loughborough Junction (around 7mins) - taking you to Victoria / Blackfriars in 10 mins as well as Farringdon/Kings Cross in 15 mins.
◦ You can walk to Brixton or Peckham or even quicker to hop on a bus to tube stations including: Brixton, Oval, Elephant and Castle and Vauxhall.

👋 About Us:
We’re two friends from university, with a housemate from Australia (met via SpareRoom) all in our early 30s and working the 9-5 weekday grind in corporate jobs.

We enjoy a relaxed and friendly vibe in our house, sharing the occasional dinner or pub trip but also respecting each other's space and routines. We're ideally looking for someone similar who is easy-going, respectful, tidy and friendly.

🌿 The Area:
Camberwell is one of the worlds coolest neighbourhoods (just ask TimeOut), with Church Street just down the road offering great pubs, cafés, and restaurants such as Camberwell Arms, Theos and Silk Road as well as old institutions like Falafel and Shawarma. Our local is The Sun, which is a newly renovated pub around the corner from our house (less than 3 mins walk)

Plus, we’re close to Ruskin Park and Myatt’s Fields for a bit of greenery. You can also walk down to East Dulwich, Brockwell Park (Herne Hill), or Peckham Rye.
