Double room available to rent just off Burgess Park in Camberwell. £950 per month with bills included. Sharing with 4 others, all 26-30 two male two female. LGBT friendly. Room comes with bed, mattress, desk and desk chair (the one in the corner by the door not the being used). Shared open plan kitchen/living room with small terrace attached. Contract is for 6 months then goes onto a monthly rolling contract after that. Looking for someone that likes to be sociable with flatmates and is ideally around in the evenings, but has their own social life as well. Up for occasional pub and games nights is a plus.
