Double in Camberwell

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone asap to take over a small double room in Camberwell right next to Burgess Park with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and nightstand.

It’s a maisonette, so a flat over two floors, with a huge open plan kitchen and living room with modern fixtures.

The nearest bus stop is just a minute away. There are direct connections to Waterloo, Charing Cross, Tottenham Court Rd, Blackfriars, Liverpool Street/Shoreditch, London Bridge, Shepherd’s Bush, Euston, Elephant & Castle, Clapham, Brixton etc. I rarely find myself without a direct bus home!

We’re also a 15-20 min walk from Kennington and Oval tube stations.

Postgrad students welcome if willing to pay council tax.

You’d be living with 2 girls aged 24-25, one professional, one masters student.

Rent is due 28th of the month, £770 pcm plus deposit. Move in from now but flexible so just message me with any questions :)

The tenancy is until the end of September with the option of extending to rolling.

Even though this is a 3-bed, the license is for a couple and a single. I am in the ‘couple’ so you would need to be happy telling the agency you’re in the same household as one of the other people (either family or couple) to replace me.
