One month sublet in Camberwell

Good sized double room in 3-bed flat in the heart of Camberwell for a one month sublet from 9th February, as I unfortunately have to move home for health reasons. The price is £860 for the month, including all bills.

The room:
The room comes furnished, and I'm happy to leave you my desk for the month if helpful. The room has plenty of storage, with a large wardrobe, drawers, a tall standing shelf, and space under the bed. You get good sunlight in the mornings, and the sun moves to the living room in the afternoons.

The flat:
The flat has a shared living room/kitchen with high ceilings. There is one bathroom. There is a small shared garden downstairs, with a covered bike rack. I've added a video of the bright living room, which should be accepted by spareoom and uploaded shortly.

The area:
The flat is a 7 minute walk from Loughborough Junction, and a 15-20 minute walk to Brixton and Stockwell Station. 5 minute walk to Camberwell Green.

Flatmates:
The two flatmates work in the civil service and in film advertising/PR respectively, and are friendly and have busy social lives. They are looking for someone clean, friendly, and tidy. Both flatmates are vegetarian, but dont mind having a flatmate who eats meat as long as they keep the kitchen clean.

Women and NB folk are preferred, but we are happy to accept someone who seems like they would be a good fit for the flat.
