We are 2 pals from uni (25f) who are looking for someone to replace our 3rd flatmate who is sadly leaving our tenancy to go travelling early next year.

12 month contract from 2nd February 2025 - 1st February 2026
- Rent 868 p/m
- Bills 130 p/m (includes contribution to shared house supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries, milk and bread etc.)
Move in date can be earlier than 2nd February if necessary!

Flat includes
- Part-furnished double bedroom (Bed, shelves and built in wardrobe all included) - current flatmate also willing to leave the desk if you’d like
- Kitchen (inc. dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and fully stocked with plates, pans cutlery etc.)
- Communal living + dining room (with smart TV and fully furnished and decorated)
- 3 shared storage cabinets in the hallway

Location
- Located in the delightful Camberwell and a 10 minute walk from the high street (which has lots of great shops, pubs, restaurants and a Lidl)
- Lots of bus routes pass through the area
- < 15 minute walk to Denmark hill/ Loughborough Junction or 15 minute bus to Brixton and Oval tube stops.

About us
- The essential thing for us is that you are respectful, clean, pay your rent and bills on time and can commit to the full length of the tenancy.
- We are professionals that work a mix from home/in the office 9 to 5
- We are both very friendly and social but also like our own quiet and space so would like to live with someone who is able to strike the same balance.
- Ideally looking for someone in their mid-20s but not essential.
