Beautiful Townhouse in Camberwell

Seeking another girl to join the gang in a beautiful Georgian 4 bedroom townhouse in Camberwell. The current housemates, aged between 29-35, are looking for a friendly, like-minded professional to move in.

Double bedroom: part furnished including a bed frame, a desk, a chest of drawers, built-in storage (in the two alcoves) and a small mirror.

Official rent day is 19th of the month but the room is available immediately, as I have to move home due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rent: £940 per month. Bills normally come to about £120 per month.

The house is set over three floors, with a large modern kitchen and living room (with an open fire), two bathrooms (1 bathroom and 1 shower room), a utility room with separate washer and dryer and a very large garden with patio. We get bluebells at the back in the spring!

The girls are kind, fun, busy professionals, socialising as a house but with their own lives too. It’s such a lovely vibe - I’m only moving out because of unforeseen family circumstances.

We'd like someone who can slot in with our pace of life whilst keeping the house clean and tidy. We pay for a cleaner fortnightly to help keep on top of the communal areas. The current housemates each WFH 2 days a week and are in the office 3 days a week.

We’re close to lots of great pubs and food spots in Camberwell and Peckham, and three big parks. An 8 minute walk to Denmark Hill station (overground and London Overground) and King's College Hospital. It’s only a short bus ride to Oval, Vauxhall, Elephant and Castle or Brixton, and an easy walk to Brixton, Peckham and East Dulwich too.
