Hi there, a double room in Camberwell available from February 1st (could be flexible). The room is fully furnished and has a double bed and a large outside window, the room is very bright even on gray days. The Victorian house, shared with two other professional flatmates, has a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a fantastic backyard perfect for summer. A very friendly and chilles atmosphere.
The location is perfect:
- 2 minutes from the UAL campus, literally down the road.
- 3 minutes from bus stop with buses to west, east and central London and night buses 24h
- 10 minutes from Denmark Hill overground
- Close to many supermarkets such as Lidl, tesco, sainsbury, morrisons, etc.
- very quiet residential street but close to the main road.

Bills are partially included (have to pay WiFi and gas & electricity) around £80 monthly
