The large room is a studio apartment within our home. You are welcome to use the kitchen and you will share the top floor bathroom with one other female lodger.

Suitable perhaps for someone who likes the idea of their own sunny peaceful private space, peace and quiet, with lots of space, but within a relaxed and calm house.
