Large double room in airy Camberwell garden flat.

MON - FRI ONLY - Lovely, spacious double room available in a two bedroom maisonette with garden in a quiet street in conservation area in North Camberwell. 10 min walk to Oval, Kennington or Elephant & Castle plus lots of buses from both Camberwell Road and Camberwell New Road (one a minute!). City/Shoreditch within 30 mins, West End 20 mins.
The room is available on a Monday to Friday basis and there is plenty of hanging/storage space. The rent includes all bills, broadband - can supply and launder bedding if required. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped and furnished, cool contemporary and comfortable!
You will be sharing the flat with me although I am often away or out. I am an arts professional working on projects in London and around the UK. When I am in town I socialise out of the home so its a safe and tranquil place to relax after work. I'm quiet and considerate around the house, friendly and easygoing. It's a shared bathroom however when I'm at home I am out almost every morning between 7.20-8.40 at cross training or yoga. I'm happy to be social and chat and happy not to! Only thing other to mention is that because the place is open plan pungent spicy cooking doesn't really work nor fish generally for the same reason! Otherwise it's a super easy place to relax and sleep with a nice garden. Looking for a similarly friendly, easygoing ideally cultured female lodger. I have a beautiful and very calm whippet though you don't have to especially like dogs, when at home the whippet is just very chilled and mainly sleeps!
