This is just a sublet available for 6-7 months; STARTING early July.

It comes with kitchen appliances, a sofabed fit for two, an expandable table that fits 4-6 people, an extremely spacious in-built closet in the bedroom, and a lottt of storage space, as well as a large bathtub.

You would have access to your own garden with a fig tree, a few plums, new composted soil, and beds prepared with years of labour to become ready to receive whatever you want to plant.

The flat is suitable for a couple, ideally working. Smoking and pets are not allowed although I encourage both of those things.

Move in and move out are quite flexible.
