- 20 mins walk to Brixton (Victoria line)
- Plenty of bus stops nearby
- 15 mins walk to Camberwell – pubs, restaurants, shops
- Close to Myatt’s Fields and Ruskin Park

The Room:

- Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and built-in shelves
- No desk, but plenty of light and storage space

Rent:

- £900 total for the full period (1 June–1 July)
- Includes bills, Wi-Fi, and council tax
