We’re Anna (26) and Dan (31), two mates looking to fill the third room in our house in Denmark Hill, Camberwell, as our current housemate is heading back to Germany.

- The house is 2 storey, all en suite rooms, with a kitchen/ living area & a garden 🌱

About us

Anna works as a painter, based in the studio 9-5; loves anything outdoorsy or art related, does Pilates & meditation, is usually in a park somewhere. Dan is a data analyst and works hybrid from home/ the office; addicted to coffee, loves music, and is probably at the pub or a gig.
We have our own social circles and also value our alone time, but we hang out whenever we can and are both generally friendly & extroverted. During the week we prefer to keep the house a quiet and chill place, as we both lead pretty busy lives and value sleep, and ultimately are looking for someone on a similar wavelength.

About you

- Generally friendly, kind, sound human
- Cleanliness is a must
- Our landlord is pretty vigorous with referencing, so must be in full time employment, and have a landlord/ work reference
- WFH welcome
- No couples, pets or students (sorry🫶)
- Bonus points if you own a toaster
