Spacious double room in a 3-bedroom flat

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in a 3-bedroom flat in Camberwell from September 1st (with possibility of moving earlier, on a mutually agreed date).

I am currently living with 2 amazing housemates Beth and Sam, who are in their early 30s. They are both bubbly and sociable but also respect each other’s privacy & downtime too.

The flat is pretty specious - it has 2 bathrooms across 2 floors, including a spacious living room and terrace where they’re growing all sorts.

What Beth and Sam are looking for: a professional around age, who is respectful, clean and enjoys plants / a bit of gardening! Please note that currently we’ve got Bluebell, so if you’re allergic to cats this may not be the place for you unfortunately.

Rent is £750 and bills come around £100-£120. Deposit is 5 weeks of rent £865. Queer friendly peeps to the front.

We’re doing viewings on pretty much all weekdays after 6pm (apart from Wed) and could do the occasional Saturday / Sunday. Message me if you think you’d be the right fit and we can take it from there. :)
