Lovely Flat up for grabs

Room is really spacious with lovely windows out onto a quiet road and there's a nice shared grass garden outback neighbours are all lovely

(if its up its available)

Move in date firm as that's when I'll be moving out so needs to lineup quite nicely

Fairly close to Oval station with the northern line

Nice and close to Burgess Park

Flat Mate would be Rob
Sound engineer works fairly regular hours may be home late some evenings
