I’m moving out in early October and looking for someone friendly to take over my lovely room in our beautiful house just next to Ruskin Park. It’s on a quiet, residential street that feels super safe and homely!!

House details:

The house is spacious and bright shared living room, garden, office space, 2 bathrooms (one of which is just down the hallway from this room which no one really uses!).

Location and transport

The house has great transport links into central. You can get to Blackfriars in just 10 mins from Loughborough junction, and Denmark hill overground is a 10 mins walk away. Buses go into central, west and east, and Brixton tube is about a 25 mins walk away.

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 4 lovely, respectful women working in music, civil service, publishing, and freelancing. The house is usually quiet during the week, with a few people working from home a couple of days.
We love to cook and chat in the kitchen, watch films and sometimes go to the pub. A very friendly and caring group that I’m sad to be leaving!

- deposit is one month’s rent
- Bills are approximately 80/90 a month and are not included in the rent price.

Room comes unfurnished but I’m happy to sell my bed frame, mattress, and clothes for £100 (wardrobe door is broken, hence discounted price)
