Two Rooms Available in a Friendly Camberwell House

We’re a lively, welcoming group of four friends living in a spacious house just a short walk from Oval station. Two of us are moving on at the end of September, so we’re looking for like-minded guys (ideally from the LGBT community) to take the two available rooms.

The house is generous in every sense — two living rooms, a beautiful open-plan kitchen/diner with island, plus a large garden that’s perfect for summer BBQs. All the essentials are covered: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, plenty of storage, and super-fast internet. You’ll find excellent transport links on your doorstep, with Vauxhall just 10 minutes away by bus, and the cafés, pubs and independent shops of Camberwell close by.

About the rooms:

- Bedroom 1 — £1,250 (all bills included, available approx. October 1)
Furnished double with built-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, and bookcase. (TV shown in photos not included.)

- Bedroom 2 — £950 (all bills included, available from October 1)
Furnished double with two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe (with chest of drawers fitted inside), and the option of a desk if needed.

The house has two bathrooms — a family-sized bath upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs — so mornings run smoothly.

Fireplaces in communal areas provide cosy warmth during the winter months. There’s an additional fee of £12 per fortnight for our cleaner.
