Room available in Camberwell

I'm renting out the second bedroom in my flat, fully furnished. It's a two bed new build, it's super cozy and spacious with a balcony. The flat's fully furnished, the second bedroom has a double bed ready for a tenant, all new. I'm looking for someone to move in maybe mid- end of October time.

I'm 31, work in music (marketing at a record label) so I'm usually in the office 3 days a week, and often at gigs in the evening! I have a lot of local pals so I'm out and about a lot but also up for chilling etc.
