I am subletting my room due to going away for work.
Available from the 22nd of September (can be slightly flexible) until the end of Jan / start of Feb.
The room is a bright double room with en-suite that overlooks the garden.
And the house itself is on a quiet road next to Ruskin Park and is homely and spacious for three.
Location wise, the house is a 15-20 minute walk from Brixton and Camberwell centre. And a 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction and 10 minutes to Denmark Hill.
You would be living with my two lovely housemates; Josh & Charlie who have their own things going on but also love to socialise as a house. They are super clean and incredibly welcoming.
Preferably they would like to have another female house mate so this will be prioritised.
£1000 including all bills
A refundable deposit of £500 will be required to secure the room
