We are renting our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom flat in Camberwell whilst we go away for 10 weeks over December and January. We can be slightly flexible on start and end dates if needed but looking at roughly 23rd November for 9-10 weeks.

- Separate study (not pictured due to photo limit)
- Two desks with desk chairs and large screens that can be left for working from home if needed
- Large open plan kitchen / living area with TV
- Garden with garden furniture and outdoor heater
- Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer
- High speed internet
- Optional baby furnishings (cot, high chair, etc)
Price inclusive of bills (service charge, water, energy, internet) BUT fair usage cap will be applied on energy based on normal annual usage given this is a winter rental.
The flat is in an amazing location close to the centre of Camberwell. Walking distance to a whole host of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops. 12min walk to Denmark Hill station for overground and Thameslink trains, direct 10-15min bus to Oval and Vauxhall for Northern and Victoria lines, very accessible to the city on Lime bikes.
The flat will not be completely empty of personal belongings but will be like an Airbnb with plenty of space for tenants to live and use the space, but with some items of ours left neatly packed away. There will also be full furnishings left if wanted including bedding, kitchenware etc.
