Description: Hello! We are looking for someone to move to a lovely double room in an existing flat share in Camberwell, ideally moving in when the tenancy restarts on 23 September.

The flat is in a great location (5 mins walk to Loughborough Junction on the Thameslink, 15 mins to Denmark Hill on the overground, and a short bus ride to Brixton tube, Victoria line). We have a lovely, big, bright living room, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

The room is lovely. It comes furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe with good sized shelves at the back, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. Camberwell is a fab area, with lots of great restaurants & shops. Lidl and Morrisons (5 minute walk) and Sainsbury’s (15 minute walk). Brixton is also just a 15 minute walk away. The landlords are great and quick to support any issues we might have.

About us: Shaun and Megan (both tenants) aged 26. We are sociable and like to hang out whilst also respecting each others personal space. We are clean and work in the office most of the week. We are looking for someone similar who likes to keep on top of cleaning. We like to go out, read, run, go on walks etc.
