Bright Room in Creative Georgian Home with cat

Hi everyone, I’m Anastasia. My cat Stepan and I are looking for a flatmate to share our creative home.
I’m a musician and a teacher. Stepan is a very social cat — he simply can’t be on his own, so when I’m out, he’ll happily follow you around like a shadow.

The flat is spread over two floors in an old Georgian house (about 250 years old), with 3-metre ceilings and large windows. In the living room, there’s a wood-burning fireplace, lots of natural light, and even a little workout corner with a Swedish wall. There’s also a balcony with a view of the Shard — access is through the window. The bedroom faces a quiet backyard, so you can sleep with the windows open. The vibe is bohemian, and the neighbours are lovely.

Pros: lots of sunlight, a balcony with a view of the Shard, plenty of space, 15 minutes’ walk to Peckham Rye Overground.
Cons: it does get “British cold” in winter, and the tube is about 15 minutes away by bus.

The bedside table, desk and chair in the photos belong to me. They’ll be taken out before you move in, unless you’d like to keep them — in that case we can agree on a small price.

We keep to three simple rules at home:
1. Clean up after yourself.
2. Respect each other’s personal space.
3. Love cats.
