Room in a Spacious Beautiful House

The room and amenities:
The room is a large single room. It has an extendable single bed and a bathroom next to it. You will share this bathroom with one more person. There is a large kitchen/sitting area on the ground floor that you can use, with a gas cooker, two ovens, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. We provide a lot of common items such as oil, toilet paper, washing liquid and cleaning products in general for your use.

`We have 1,0000 Mbps internet connection.

The house has a lovely landscaped garden with deck at the rear.

Nearly all bills are included, save for heating in your room which you control.

Location:
The location of the house is great for commuting to different parts of London. You can take many buses that go anywhere in the south or central London. You can also walk to Loughborough Junction, Denmark Hill, Oval, Brixton and Stockwell stations. It's also very easy to cycle from here to the centre. The area is very nice, with lots of amenities, cafes, restaurants, a beautiful park, etc. The house is on a very quiet road.

About us:
I live with my wife and our 5 y/o daughter in a very nice, recently renovated and spacious house. We are both professionals (AI and Fintech) working central. We love cooking and socialising. We are very respectful, clean and tidy. We have a lovely friendly 2 year old cat as well.
