We're looking for a new housemate to join our flat, located just a stone's throw from Camberwell Green. The room is available from February 20th.

The Room & Flat

This is a double room priced at £667 per month (bills not included). It comfortably fits a double bed, desk and sofa. Room comes unfurnished and photos are from a previous tenant. A double mattress is available for purchase with the room.

The flat is on the second floor of a very quiet and secure gated courtyard, located a 3-5 minute walk from Camberwell Green. While we don't have a living room, our kitchen has a nice dining area and a balcony that's perfect for a quiet morning coffee. Our landlady is also very relaxed and fair.

The Flatmates

Two professionals in their 30s: a bread baker and a photographer. We're a settled, non-party flat that enjoys a laugh while still respecting each other's space and privacy.

The Details

* Rent: £667 per month, not including bills.
* Bills: Expect the usual costs for gas, electricity, water, internet, and council tax.
* Deposit: A deposit of £576.92 is required. This will be held in a tenancy deposit scheme and returned at the end of the tenancy.
* Contract: This is a 12-month contract.
* References: Employment references are required, but you can offer a guarantor if necessary. There is no referencing fee.
