2 rooms available in sunny Camberwell flat

Myself and one flatmate are moving out of our lovely shared flat in the heart of Camberwell. The flat has a spacious living room/kitchen area that gets lots of sun during the day. The two available rooms are both doubles with storage and enough space for a desk.

You will be living with our flatmate Ed. He’s a pretty perfect person to live with- clean and tidy, friendly, respectful, very nice to have a kitchen chat with. He works in design and is at the office during the week.

Bills come to about 120-150 depending on the season. That includes energy, WiFi, water and council tax.

The location is great. Denmark hill station is a 10 min walk away, Oval is 25 min walk or 10 on the bus, and you can catch a bus to almost anywhere in London from Camberwell green. Camberwell has an endless supply of good food, pubs and wine bars, and places to catch some music in the evenings. There are also several parks within 10 mins walk, including Ruskin Park which in my opinion is the perfect London park and has a sauna! I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past year and am only moving out because I am buying a flat.

One of the rooms is available from the mid/late October (there is flexibility with dates), the other from mid/late November (somewhat flexible). The deposit for each room is £900
