There is bike storage also and a lift. Possibility of parking on site if you apply for a permit. There is some outside space to sit out with a few shrubs.

Tenants aren't allowed dogs, but if you are a cat owner there is a £40 monthly extra charge.

It's a 13 minute walk to Loughborough Junction Station, 17 to Denmark Hill and 20 to Oval underground for the Northern Line. With bus options down the road which include easy access to Vauxhall, Victoria, Battersea and central London (as well as Lewisham and New Cross) with bus stops from Camberwell Green and Medlar street, a short walk away offering easy access to lots of other destinations.
