Suitable for single occupancy or a couple. Minimum contact is 1 year, however Renter's Right's Bill is set to come into action from 1st May meaning fixed contracts will turn to rolling ones with 2 month's notice.

A reference process is required that checks credit history and score, address proof, affordability (a salary of minimum £43,500, or a guarantor's salary of minimum £58,000) and employment and landlord references. It would also be possible to pay a few months of rent up front if unable to meet the affordability criteria.
