It is also a very versatile, workable space to make your own, with lots of options for layouts and feels quite spacious (more so than the pictures show!)

There is bike storage also and a lift. Possibility of parking on site for a monthly charge. There is some outside space to sit out with a few shrubs.

Tenants aren't allowed dogs, but if you are a cat owner there is a £40 monthly extra charge.

It's a 13 minute walk to Loughborough Junction Station, 17 to Denmark Hill and 20 to Oval underground for the Northern Line. With bus options down the road which include easy access to Vauxhall, Victoria, Battersea and central London (as well as Lewisham and New Cross) with bus stops from Camberwell Green and Medlar street, a short walk away offering easy access to lots of other destinations.

There is a monthly charge of £75 for water and gas and all other bills would have to be set up independently. Lambeth Council tax band A.

Suitable for single occupancy or a couple. Minimum contact is 1 year, however Renter's Right's Bill is set to come into action from 1st May meaning fixed contracts will turn to rolling ones with 2 month's notice.

A reference process is required that checks credit history and score, address proof, affordability (a salary of minimum £43,500, or a guarantor's salary of minimum £58,000) and employment and landlord references. It would also be possible to pay a few months of rent up front if unable to meet the affordability criteria.
