Bright double loft room in south London

It’s a double room, in the loft of a three story flat. The main bathroom is shared between 2 flatmates with the third bedroom having an en suite. There is also a second toilet in a small utility room.

The flat is located on a quiet side street just off Coldharbour lane. There is parking available with a permit from the council.

You’ll be living with two girls.

Beth -
I’m Beth, 26 and work in marketing in social housing.

I like going to the gym, work out classes, reading, nights in watching films and out at the pub or for dinner.

Isobelle -
I’m Isobelle, 26 and work in policy & research in social housing.

I enjoy London history, going on walks, coffee and jubel. My Wii and PS2 are my prized possessions.

We currently work from home a few days a week and would ideally be looking for someone on the same pattern.

We’re both veggie and again have a preference for this but it’s not a deal breaker.

The area -
The flat is next to Loughborough junction station, which is bang in the middle of Camberwell, Brixton & Denmark hill. Also super close to Dulwich for a nice Sunday stroll or Peckham for going out.

Camberwell is the closest of them all (less than a 10 minute walk) and has lots of great pubs, food options and delis.

Loughborough junction - 5 min walk
Denmark hill (overground & south eastern) - 15 min walk
Brixton (Victoria line) - 15 min walk

Buses:
35 (Clapham junction to Shoreditch via London Bridge) is at the end of the road
345 (South Kensington to Peckham) is at the end of the road
Within a 5/10 minute walk - 40/42/45/148/176/185/468/P5/P4

There isn’t any garden space with the flat but we live a 5 minute walk to Ruskin park and you’ve got Myatt’s field in the other direction.
