I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this 3 bed house share in Camberwell. I have been in this house for 5 years & it’s the best place I have ever lived in London!
The house is on a quiet cul de sac in Camberwell & is a 3 minute walk to the high street. It has a good size kitchen, living room & bathroom, plus two small rooms used for storage & washing.
The room itself is ground floor & looks out onto the private back garden. It comes unfurnished but with plenty of space for a double bed & furniture.
You’ll be living with two girls in their early 30’s, both are creatives & share a passion for food, culture & South East London. Whilst they enjoy being out & about it’s important that the house remains a calm and relaxing space to come back to after a day at work.
The room is available from 1/11/2025 & the current contract is until 9/5/2026, at which point there will be the option to renew for another year.
The rent is £747.67 & bills come to approximately £140 per month covering council tax (band E) energy, water & WiFi. There is also a £50 charge for the estate agent.
