Small double in cosy Camberwell flat

We're looking for friendly housemate to join our little Camberwell home.

The flat is located in Camberwell, 5min walk to Loughborough Junction, 15min walk to Brixton, 10min walk to the centre of Camberwell / Denmark Hill and 20 mins to Peckham by bus. The room is in a three bedroom flat on the top floor of a nice 1960’s block. We are pretty self contained being the very top corner, and that means friendly neighbour's just on one side and below.

The room itself is a small double with good storage (2 wardrobes, 2 small chests of draws etc). There is room on top of the wardrobes for extra storage.

The flat has a big living room and huge sofa, which is perfect for hanging out and watching TV. We also have a separate kitchen, which has enough space for all three of us to be in there at the same time and a large table. The bathroom is small but functional, with a shower and bath.

You’d be living with two female young professionals! Em (29) works at a theatre and Alice (31) works in a shop. We are friendly, clean and love music, theatre, TV and Disney! We are looking for a friendly and tidy person to share our home with. As introverts we spend a lot of time in our rooms recharging but enjoy a chat in the kitchen and sometimes have movie nights or go to the pub quiz!

Deposit: £600
Bills: Internet, and water are included in the rent. Council tax is around £50pcm and other bills (gas, electricity, TV license) come out to roughly £50-60pcm.
