Two double rooms in Camberwell Townhouse

We have two spacious double rooms available, from the 1st December, in our four-storey five bed Victorian townhouse.

Two of our housemates are moving in with their partners after both living here for over four years.

Our house has a big living room, two dining rooms, kitchen and large leafy garden. It's in a great location in the heart of Camberwell - just between Church Street and Brunswick Park. It’s close to Burgess Park and Denmark Hill station with great bus routes into the rest of town.

Room 1 is on the first floor and rent is £750.

Room 2 is on the lower ground floor and rent is £600.

Rent is inclusive of council tax, with other bills coming to around £60-£80.

We are Suzanna (she), Gareth (he), Fox (they) and we all work in the arts. We’re looking for someone aged 30+ (no couples), who is looking for a clean and calm home environment, and something long term. LGBTQ+ friendly. Cats welcome :)
