Bright double room in 3 bed flatshare

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to join our lovely flat in Camberwell from 15 September.

The bright, fully furnished double room is available for £800 per month, with bills typically £100–£150 per month.

You’ll be sharing with Brooke (29), who is a lab technician, and Katie (30), who is a news archivist. We’re both friendly and sociable and enjoy spending time together, but we also appreciate having our own space after a busy day. We keep the flat clean, tidy and homely, and we’re looking for someone who’ll do the same.

The flat includes:

• A large, spacious kitchen with a dining table
• A cosy living room
• A shared bathroom with a bath and shower
• A small balcony with chairs
• Bike storage
• Access to communal outdoor space

Camberwell has excellent transport links. We’re around a 15-minute walk from Oval Underground Station and Denmark Hill Station, with several bus routes just outside the flat. The area has plenty of great cafés, restaurants and pubs, as well as several lovely parks nearby.

Our landlord is looking for someone who can provide references and a £833 deposit. The tenancy starts with a 6-month fixed term, followed by a rolling contract.
