Bright double room in 3 bed flatshare

We have a bright double room that is available from November 7th as our housemate is moving to Australia. The room is fully furnished for £800, and bills are approx £100-£150 in winter months.

Currently the flat is shared between Brooke (29) who works in healthcare and Aylin (31) who works in audit, we are both friendly and sociable in the flat but like our own space at the end of the day also. We keep the flat clean, tidy and homely and hope to find someone who will do the same.

We have a big spacious kitchen with a dining table, and a cute living room space and shared bathroom with a shower/ bath.
There is bike storage at the flat and some communal outdoors space also.

Camberwell has really excellent transport links, we are approx 15 min walk to oval underground and Denmark hill station, and there are bus routes just outside the flat. Camberwell is great to explore with many great places to eat, and there are some nice parks nearby also.

Our landlord would like someone that can provide references and a deposit of £833, we would be signing a 6 month tenancy which continues on to a rolling contract afterwards. We can answer any questions and more info if you’re interested to view!
