🌟 We’re offering a unique, low-rent single room (piano studio) for shared use for Monday–Friday stays only.
This means you can stay overnight in the piano studio room from Monday to Friday, however, you will share the room - on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays the room is used as piano studio with occasional piano lessons till 9 pm in the evening. You can use the room on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 9 pm if there are piano lessons booked.

‼️ Important: This room is not for use as a main residence – it’s ideal for a student or professional who needs a London base during the week (Monday-Friday only).

* Used as a soundproofed piano studio during set times (schedule shared in advance)

* Study desk can be provided if needed
* 2 x weekly professional cleaning included (as room is used for lessons)
