This space is suitable for a couple or an individual (same total rent regardless). We'd love to meet nice, tidy people who ideally don't have pets (we already have one lovely cat!). The house is split over three floors so is not wheelchair accessible. This is technically a sublet until May 2026 with the potential to renew. Deposit is approx 5 weeks' rent.
