Modern room with private bathroom - great location

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January (can move in any time in that month) through September in this modern Camberwell flat as I sadly need to move home.

The room itself is a gem - very dark and quiet at night. You’ll have your own private bathroom with a rainfall shower, and plenty of storage thanks to a big built-in wardrobe. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the whole flat stays warm year-round - I’ve hardly put the heating on.

Location is hard to beat. There’s a brilliant pub (The Bear) next door that does great food by day and relaxed, lively evenings but the room itself is very quiet when you’re ready to switch off. Oval Tube Station is only a 13-minute walk (Google exaggerates) or you can get a regular bus from right outside and be there in six minutes. Buses into Central London are quick too - about 30–40 minutes.

Lime bikes are almost always parked outside if you prefer to cycle, and you’ve got two gyms nearby - one just outdoor, and another five minutes away. Supermarkets are close too, making day-to-day life super convenient.

It’s a really comfortable, easy place to live - peaceful, connected, and in a great part of South London.
