Looking for a tenant to replace me in this house. Students only.

Currently, I use the living room as my bedroom and you are welcome to do so too, if not there is a bedroom upstairs that we currently use as our living room.

All tenants attend UAL but students from other unis are welcome. It’s a girls only house and we are all super friendly and welcoming. The house is kept clean and everyone is respectful of each others spaces.

The house is only a 5 minute walk away from many bus stops and a short distance away from the Camberwell UAL campus. We are roughly a 5-10 minute walk away from all the shops and a gym and there are many parks in the surrounding area. It’s a quiet street with no bother from any neighbours.

The two photos of bedrooms are you options and you can choose. The one with the bay window is the “living room” and on the ground floor the other is on the first floor.
