The room is still available and is currently unfurnished - will be furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

Please note that there is no living room, as it is being converted into an additional bedroom. The walls are quite thin, so some noise can be heard from the flat above, including footsteps.

The flat would be best suited to a quiet, clean, and considerate working professional. It is ideal for someone who works either from home or outside the home, or for a professional who simply needs accommodation during the working week (around five days per week).

Please also note that guests are not permitted. This is a mutual arrangement that applies to both myself and the lodger.
