Lovely double room near Burgess Park ✨

Hello! I'm subletting my room for two months and 10 days, from November 12th to January 22nd (edited: previously was 15/11 to 22/01):

- Room facing the garden
- Next to Burgess Park - very close to bus stops with buses going south or central (10/15min to Elephant & Castle)
- 5 rooms house with a garden
- £680 including bills
- Cats are more than welcome (!!!) 🙂

You will be sharing with 4 lovely flatmates, 2 girls and 2 guys - Sadhbh, 28yo, print maker and school teacher; Katya, 25 yo, anthropologist currently working as a PA to directors in a school; Frank, works in the production team at the Royal Opera House; and Rory, actor and currently works in a pub.

There is a Tesco, corner shops and a gym around the corner (3/5min walk). We live a 15/20 min from Peckham and also from the centre of Camberwell where there are a handful of delicious local restaurants.
