I’ve only paid the first rent installment, so you can enjoy a discounted rate for the transition period (from your move-in date until the end of the first rent period).
After that, the rent will be paid directly to UAL/Portland House, not through me.

• Rent: £239/week (original price £269/week)
• Further small discounts are possible if you decide quickly!

The window view is great — you can even spot small animals outside! Flatmates are friendly, and the front desk staff are very helpful (they can even help with luggage).

• 2 minutes’ walk to Camberwell College of Arts
• About 20 minutes by bus to LCC
• Super convenient: Sainsbury’s is right downstairs, and Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco, and Boots are all nearby.
Since the tenancy will continue under the official UAL accommodation contract, it’s completely safe and reliable.
I’ve only stayed for about a week, so everything is still very clean!
