Hi! I’m a 30-year-old professional working long hours in the city (around 12 hours a day on average), so you’ll get to enjoy the flat almost entirely to yourself most of the time.

The flat is 60m², bright and comfortable, with a double bedroom available.

The flat’s on Bonsor Street, SE5 7TE, a quiet residential road that’s super convenient, next to a gym and a bus stop, so getting around is easy. You can reach London Bridge, Waterloo, or the City in about 20-25 minutes by bus and 10 minutes cycling, making it ideal if you work centrally but want to live somewhere peaceful. There are also plenty of local shops, cafés, and green spaces like Burgess park, so it’s a nice mix of calm and convenience.

You’d be sharing the living room, though I’m usually only home late at night to sleep on the sofa bed. During the weekends, I’m often travelling abroad or exploring the British countryside so you’ll have the space to yourself about 90% of the time, honestly.

This setup is ideal for someone who works from home, as you can easily create a desk or workstation area (where the orange soda is in the picture). I’m also happy to rearrange the living room to suit your needs.

I’m easy-going, sociable, and love sports, food, music, and travelling which explains why I’m rarely home!
