<10 mins walk to Loughborough Junction, <15 mins to Denmark Hill, < 25 mins to Brixton or Oval (for the tube)
Loads of bus routes at the end of the road, and easy cycling routes into central (I commute to Westminster in 15 mins).
Really close to Camberwell Green – great shops, pubs, cafés, and restaurants. Camberwell is apparently the coolest neighbourhood in the whole country according to timeout.
