Furnished double room in the heart of Camberwell

Due to a drop out, a furnished double room is available NOW (move-in date can be flexible) in our friendly house in the heart of Camberwell.

The house is tastefully decorated, has a big garden and living room, and the itself room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe. We've got all the kitchen appliances - fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave, rice cooker, food processors etc - washing machine, and nice nooks to sit and hang out.

It's a central location, with easy access to transport links (Denmark Hill, Loughborough Junction stations both 5-10 minute walk), 15 minute cycle to the river, local supermarkets, cafes, and Camberwell’s vibrant arts scene. If you're studying at Camberwell College of Arts, UAL, Goldsmiths or another nearby university, it’s an ideal spot.

There are plenty of communal areas - open-plan kitchen area, living room that is cosier for movies and video games etc., and the bright green garden with lots of sky and storage for bikes.

We're looking for a friendly flatmate to join our sociable and considerate household.

Rent is £815 per month with bills excluded (come to about £55pcm).

All current tenants are full time students and so are exempt from council tax - if you are not a student you may need to pay council tax.
